Microsoft Fix-a-Thon 2022 is a national-level hackathon where engineering students in their final year can learn and advance their skills while being taught by Microsoft subject matter experts (SMEs). Our goal is to speed up growth and encourage skills that are useful in the business world.

What are Support Engineers at Microsoft?
Support Engineers (SE) help customers and partners of Microsoft with technical issues over the phone, through email, and on the web. They contribute value by collectively and reactively resolving customer concerns, providing proactive support advice, contributing to product quality and enhancements, and producing self-help assets to reach a larger audience. They are a member of a team that is responsible for providing our commercial customers with superior technical support. They own and direct the client experience via phone and online, from problem discovery to resolution. When required, they collaborate with others to recruit subject matter experts, engineers, or management.

Duration of Internship for Microsoft Fix-a-Thon 2022
- Three months Internship will be there from April to June 2023
- If you apply, you must be available for a three-month internship throughout this time frame.
- Monthly stipend: INR 25,000/-
Eligibility Criteria for the 2022 Microsoft Fix-a-Thon
- Students obtaining a BE/B degree. Tech in CSE, IT, and other quantitative fields.
- 2023 is the year of degree completion
- GPA in excess of 8 in the current program.
- You must not have participated in a Microsoft hiring event during the past year.
