About this Course – Standford University Course
COVID-19 is rapidly spreading throughout the world, and all healthcare providers must be prepared to diagnose, stabilize, and treat individuals infected with this novel coronavirus. Physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers will have a consistent, evidence-based approach to preserving the lives of COVID-19 patients, especially those who are critically sick, after completing this short course.
The learning modules are broken down into short movies that are well-illustrated and engaging. Providers can time your learning to match their schedules because the training is self-paced. Symptoms and indicators in COVID-19 patients are discussed, as well as early patient stabilization, avoiding the need for intubation, and ventilator management. The best data and guidelines are compiled, and supporting guides include textual learning points as well as access to online resources.
