Samsung Electronics is seeking a passionate and talented Engineering Graduate for an Internship who loves to program and will be experienced working on new technologies by building innovative & high-volume applications. In addition to working on the latest technologies, the intern will have the opportunity to work in a highly synergistic team environment where he/she can exchange ideas and learn new ways to develop applications that our company needs.
Engineering Interns at Samsung work on the three pillars of our company: Digital, Device Solutions, and Consumer Electronics. The interns develop applications and features using backend frameworks implemented using Java/Scala as well as frontend frameworks implemented using React Native, Javascript/Typescript, or Angular. They dive into big data using Spark which is becoming one of the most popular frameworks in big data analysis. This gives them exposure to the right tools that they can use in their product lifecycle.
As an Engineering Intern, this person will get exposure to various engineering challenges and problem-solving scenarios.
The internship will last for a duration of 2 Months Paid Internship, and require immediate joiners. The intern will be based on Location Chennai, India Samsung Office.
During the Samsung internship, the intern will work on one or more projects related to their area of study/expertise. They will also have the opportunity to attend workshops and seminars conducted by experts from within and outside of Samsung. At the end of the internship, the intern will be required to present their findings/project results to a panel of judges.

Eligibility Criteria
Students in the last year of the 2022 batch of B.E. (CSE & ECE), B.Tech (IT), and MSc (5-year integrated program) can only apply if they have no standing arrears and a CGPA of 7.5 or higher.
