Roles & Responsibilities for Tele Associate
- Examine the profiles of the designated sellers.
- Call the sellers to get business information and update the seller’s catalog.
- Check the information in the profile that has already been updated.
- Answer sellers’ questions and educate clients about the benefits of this free service for their business.
- Based on the dialogue with the respective sellers, dispose of the instances with appropriate reason codes.
- Set up follow-up calls based on the sellers’ preferences.
- Adhere to standards and procedures to ensure high-quality results.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business goals
- Work for 3 to 4 hours per day.
- English and Hindi are both languages that I am fluent in (both are mandatory)
