About this HeroCoLabs eXPerience Challenge-
Task- You have to design Next Gen Hero MotoCorp Premium Showroom by using your creativity and imagination power.
Main Accomplishment –
- You have to design a 3D Render of the interiors and exteriors part of Next Generation Premium Showroom for Hero MotoCorp.
- Alternative name for new Retail Format
- Different & more premium from the existing Hero MotoCorp’s stores
- Showroom size between 1,000 sq. ft to 1,800 sq ft with 1 level
- Target Customers: Millennial & Gen Z (18 – 35 Years)
- These are to be equipped with Sales, Service and Spares
- What will the showroom sell:
- 10-12 upcoming two-wheelers across 3-4 Segments i.e. Performance, Adventure/Touring, Electric Mobility
- For display, participants should consider minimum 1-2 Bike/ segment
- Accessory & Merchandising
- Should be an easily scalable model from design & cost view point
- Engagement activities to increase the footfall
- Premium showroom can be fully digital with contact less elements vs. experience of touch and feel
- Coffee area, sitting area or discussion area
- Washroom & changing room – Anywhere in the store
Team Size- Participants can be participate individually or you can also participate in a team of team size 2, or 3 maximum.
There are 2 Rounds will be there in this Challenge-
Round 1 Details-
- Teams will be required to submit a 3D Render of their proposed solution.
- Teams are also required to submit a 4 min short video describing their idea of the showroom design .
- Teams must keep in mind the ease of implementation of the solution in the current scenario and NOT consider the futuristic scenarios while working on the case study.
- Video must be in .mp4 format, other format will not be acceptable.
- Size of the video should not exceed 15MB.
- No special characters in the video file name apart from _ (underscore).
Virtual Presentation (Round 2)-
- The shortlisted teams or participants of Round 1 need to submit their detailed presentation before the start of this round.
- Teams will get an opportunity to present their solutions virtually to the Senior Management of Hero MotoCorp Limited.
- Each team will get 10 minutes to present and 5 mins for Q&A (A total of 15 minutes).
- All the important details will be shared with the shortlisted teams via email.
