Harward CS50x offers a course on CS50’s Introduction to Game Development | Harvard University Free Course Certificate Game Development

About this Course

This tutorial takes where CS50x leaves, focusing on building 2D and 3D interactive games. Students explore the design of childhood games such as Super Mario Bros., Legend of Zelda, and Portal in an attempt to understand how video games themselves are used. Through lectures and hands-on projects, the course explores the principles of 2D and 3D graphics, graphics, sound, and collision detection using elements such as Unity and LÖVE 2D, as well as languages ​​such as Lua and C #. By the end of the class, students will be planning their many games and gaining a complete understanding of the basics of game design and development.

Prerequisite
CS50x or previous experience in any programming language.
