Unlock the chances we have now and give us an idea of what to do in the future.
TCS #JustALittleChange
The biggest ideas competition in India is open to all college students in the country (student track) and all Tata group employees around the world (Tata track) (in-house track).
We’re open to all ideas that fit with the Tata way of life. Your idea can come from any field, including technology, sustainability, the sciences, economics, social change, design, the arts, global issues, entrepreneurship, healthcare, and more.
The 13 winners (10 from the student track and 3 from the in-house track) will each get Rs 2.00 lakh in cash and a bunch of other prizes. They will also be able to get into TAS selections faster (subject to TAS eligibility). Winners also get to go on a unique Tata Trail, which includes visits to well-known Tata companies and institutions. This gives them a chance to see how we work and what we want to do.
