Hello Folks, there is a great opportunity for everyone to get into fieldwork across National Highways, India. NHAI launched an Internship Training Programme for Construction Operation and Maintenance of National Highways. Applications are open for all eligible and interested candidates to get this opportunity and get real-time experience in the fieldwork.

About the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHAI)

The National Highways Authority of India is an autonomous agency of the Government of India, set up in 1995 and is responsible for the management of a network of over 50,000 km of National Highways out of 1,32,499 km in India. It is a nodal agency of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.

About this Programme

National Highway construction, operation, and maintenance. Land acquisition, utility relocation, PMS Data lake, avenue and median plantation, monitoring and supervision of existing projects, procurement, RTI, and public grievance matters, and so on will all be covered. Interns must report to the RO or PIU of their choice, where responsibilities will be assigned by the PD, RO, or officer on their behalf. Interns may be required to visit the field throughout their internship. The intern must submit a report or synopsis to their reporting officer at the end of the program. Interns will receive an internship certificate only after submitting a summary.
